Plastic turnover box
The plastic turnover box and basket are made of HDPE (low pressure high density polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) with high impact strength. The box process is mostly made of one-time injection molding. Some plastic boxes are also equipped with plastic box covers (flat and flip). Some special logistics boxes are designed to overlap each other when they are empty, so as to reduce storage volume and logistics cost back and forth.
Plastic tray
Plastic pallet is a kind of logistics unit used with forklift, shelf and other logistics equipment. Thick wall plastic uptake
Thick plastic uptake, similar to the thin wall plastic uptake production mode of plastic uptake packaging, is mainly vacuum plastic uptake. The raw material used is over 2mm thick, so it can't be plastic uptaked on the full-automatic machine. Therefore, the semi-automatic plastic uptake molding machine for thick plate must be used. Most of these plastic products are used in the automobile industry. Common materials: PS, ABS, etc.
Hollow plate
Compared with injection molding products, hollow plate has the advantages of shockproof, flexible design structure, no need to open injection mold and so on. At the same time, the board can be flexibly added with anti-static and conductive masterbatch through the control of raw materials to produce a plastic hollow board with anti-static function. It is mainly used in electronics, packaging, machinery, light industry, post, food, medicine, pesticide, home appliances, advertising, cultural products, magneto-optical technology, bioengineering medicine and health and other industries. It is a new type of environmental protection packaging material.
PE bag
PE bag is a thermoplastic resin which is made of polyethylene and polymerized. The properties of polyethylene vary with varieties, mainly depending on molecular structure and density. According to the manufacturing process: PE flat bag, self sealing bag, chain clamping bag, envelope bag, punched handbag, hand-in-hand handbag, zipper bag, PE film.
Self sealing bag
Self sealing bag is also called dense bag, also called sealing bag, chain clamping bag and bone bag. A kind of plastic bag which can be repeatedly sealed is made of LDPE and LLDPE by blow molding and hot cutting.
Plastic pallet box
Plastic pallet box, also known as pallet box, is made of bottom pallet and upper box. The material is polypropylene (the perfect combination of PP and PE) and the structure is classified into integrated style, combined style and folded style. Color: mainly gray. The bottom belongs to the chuan bottom, which can be forked on all sides, and the black feet at the bottom can be equipped with wheels, so it is convenient for transportation.
Plastic splicing tray

Full container
The full container is a composite plastic tray composed of a double-layer plastic bottom bracket, a top cover and a heavy walling apron. Thin-wall plastic uptake

Back plastic bag
The back plastic bag is a kind of bag made of PE or PP material with self adhesive on the back. Antistatic PE bag
