EPE buffer
EPE is also known as pearl cotton. Polyethylene foam cotton is a non crosslinked closed cell structure, which is a new environmental protection packaging material. It can be made into cushion pad as packaging lining material, cushion plate box and other packaging containers, as well as insulation containers for frozen food and hot food. We can also add all kinds of antistatic agents and flame retardants according to the requirements of customers. It has many advantages, such as water-proof, moisture-proof, shockproof, sound insulation, heat preservation, good plasticity, strong toughness, recycling, environmental protection, strong impact resistance, etc., as well as good chemical resistance.
EVA buffer
EVA is a kind of random copolymer plastic of vinyl and vinyl acetate, which is non-toxic. The properties of EVA are different with different VA content and relative molecular weight of EVA. EVA has good softness, toughness, low temperature resistance, stress cracking resistance, heat sealing, adhesion, tensile processing, transparency and luster. At the same time, EVA products have rubber like elasticity, excellent ozone resistance, non-toxic, good processing and dyeing, and good blending with fillers.
Buffer particles
Buffer particles are usually made of EPE, EPS and corn starch degradation materials. Common specifications are: S type, L type, square type, V type, round type. The cushioning granular material is lighter than other packaging materials and cushions, with good elasticity, which can be used continuously and repeatedly. The filling material can reduce the freight cost and can be packed in bulk or in bags (small packaging) according to the needs, which reduces the trouble of using the packing material.
Cushion bubble pad

Cushion air bag

EPS buffer
